Hospitality Ministry

Weekend Mass is a family meal, a time when we come together to celebrate Eucharist. To continue the celebration, our hospitality ministry provides coffee an on the 3rd weekend of each month and helps with receptions following special liturgical celebrations. The group makes sure there is a pot of coffee, beverages and snacks ready for parishioners and visitors who are ready to say hello to friends or who are looking for companionship following Mass or at various church functions.
Who: Members should have a willingness to share a smile and fellowship with others, to offer hospitality and to be friendly to all who come to share a cup of coffee and their story.

Time Commitment: Members arrive early for set up or to pick up baked goods and remain approximately 45 minutes after Mass to serve and clean up. Coffee an is served on the third weekend of the month from Sept. to June where posted in the bulletin. Volunteers are needed for receptions following special celebrations, such as Confirmation and the Easter Vigil.
