The Liturgy Committee provides meaningful liturgical celebrations during the year by choosing the music and readings. Committee members decorate the altar and church for holidays and special Masses. They also plan the children's liturgy.
Planning prayer services is a very rewarding experience. Seeing the church beautifully decorated for Christmas and Easter brings a real sense of pride and love of our church.
Members should be enthusiastic in sharing ideas, be team players and commit to providing liturgical celebrations that provide an opportunity to spend time with God in prayer and reflection.
Time Commitment:The group meets 7 to 8 times a year for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. In addition, the group meets to decorate the Church several times per year during holidays and Special Parish events.
